Juan C. Giraldo is the CEO and Lead Certified Private Investigator of Horizon CPI, boasting over 35 years of international experience in private investigations, military service, and public-sector advisory roles spanning the United States and Latin America. His expertise includes consulting investigations, corporate investigations, and crossborder investigations, making him a versatile asset in the field.
Currently, he holds the esteemed position of Vice President of the World Association of Detectives (WAD), which is regarded as one of the highest honors in the global investigative profession. This role reflects his peer recognition for integrity, leadership, and investigative excellence, particularly in areas such as insurance fraud investigations.
As a U.S. military veteran and former Major in the Colombian Army, Juan employs a disciplined, methodical, and evidence-driven approach to every investigation, ensuring the highest standards are met as an international private investigator.
